The market is very slow in the metro Daytona area no doubt.  We have priced this one nearly 20K below similar sales in the area.  And it is just a stone's throw from the beach.

Yea you've got to be very agressive with the price. Can't waste time testing the market.

We've dropped the price so low on this one that I have a few bottom feeders actually talking about making an offer.  You can't get much cheaper for a house that close to the beach.
