This would be a great time to give thanks to God for everything he has been doing in my life.  Real Estate is a hard business right now as I am sure you all know.  Whether you are a seller or a buyer there are many obstacles to over come on the way to the closing table.  I have met some wonderful folks and done a few rentals and am fortunate to be working with some great prospects.  Bobbi (Wife) has jumped right in and kept me inspired and working; she is one of the gifts God has blessed me with.  


You see for me this is all about using the skills God has given me to help you find the home that is closest to your dreams and that is part of what God has worked out in advance for you and your family.  Now make no mistake that is a tall order, which of course is if you had no one to help.  But for me that isn’t the case because God is my assistant and Bobbi is my inspiration who keeps me focused of what is good, just and the right thing to do for the people we are helping. 


My hope then is not in material things but in those things that can’t be seen but are by faith only.  It was just a week ago when I cried out to the Lord and asked for his help and he came to me quickly with his blessings.  We live in such a complex world that it seems impossible for such things to occur but it isn’t.  Remember fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom.   The Real Estate recovery will not come from government but will come from God.  I pray his prayer: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed is your name, your kingdom come; yours will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.  Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
