Vilas County Foreclosures versus Fannie Mae Interest Rates

 

If there were more volume to this data you could almost juxtapose that there is a corrolation.  But we can't.  

One good thing, for those in financial turmoil, is the creation of the new HARP program that is actually designed to help those in trouble.  If implemented right it could have a dramatic effect on the foreclosure rate in this country.  Sadly, government is in charge of it and I don't believe I'll have to explain anything further on that note.

I understand that we might be in search of a good HARP, but there is no such thing. The good thing is to let the foreclosure take their course, and then rise from the ashes. And I do not understand how you can like HARP and not like the government. Is there such thing as non-government HARP?

Al we do is prolonging the termnal illness wasting money in the process.
