Well thanks to the people who left me comments about the open house. I did two of them this weekend. I advertised in Craigs list, active rain, realtor.com, local newspaper (with color picture) , directionals and balloons. I also put up the 8 ft Remax Balloons. The best part of the day was the people who came from the neighborhood that were peeking in just to see how things were going. I had been to their home doing a CMA a few weeks ago. They were impressed with all the work I did as just then a few buyers stopped by. It made me look good and I hope cemented my listing with them in a few weeks. Anyone have any more ideas on what might help.
