Wow...I just realized that the last post I wrote was my 100th! Now, that's reason to celebrate. What have I gained over this past year of blogging on the Active Rain network?
-Referrals! Actually closed deals with cash in pocket...going on number 4 now...what more could you ask for, but yet there IS MORE!!!
-New friends to laugh, cry, and argue with. I love a good argument...I'm Greek, after all!
-Information, Information, Information. I used to think it was all about Location, Location, Location, but now I know better!
-A relaxing hobby that helps me to see other perspectives and possibilities, and to strengthen my communication skills.
-A broader perspective on the national real estate market. Don't we just tend to get stuck in our own little corners of the world sometimes?
-Some great referral resources. Lots of new friends to notwork in Florida and California with...
-Green Savvy :-)
