This really nice Temecula pool home is a short sale but no need to have short sale fear, as this one only has the 2nd trust deed that is short.

Great looking pool and home Jane, yard is gorgeous as well, hopefully won't last long.
I don't know about Temecula but RIGHT NOW is a great time in my market to purchase a pool home! I am sure it is the same in Temecula - when temperatures rise so does the demand for buying a Temecula pool home!
That's a beautiful pool, and considering that the weather has been rather warm lately, it could make for a nice place to relax even in November and December.

Jane - now that is one great looking home for sale in Temecula, CA. Best wishes for a very quick short sale. From the looks of the photos, it's been well maintained and should bring a homebuyer a wonderful home.
