Santa Claus is Coming to Active Rain....New December Challenge....
Just when I thought it was time to take it easy and relax to work on business plans and strategies for the coming year. Here comes my friend, Deborah with another Contest Challenge for December.
If you love to blog, and if you love those Bonus points, then this is the Contest for you. This will be my third 30 day challenge, but this one may be the toughest since we have to target what we are doing to improve our business.
So, I willing to take on 2012 with a BLAST. What about you?

Did you reach your goals?
I can say that I did meet my goals...
and even exceeded them...WHY?
I really attribute it to a 31 day challege that
we did last year!Jennifer really offered a great challenge to keep all of us focused on our business
During December it is really easy to get off track....Easy to think that you are taking the holidays off and will get back on track in January...It is easy to quit blogging because "stuff" comes up...so we will
reward you for this challenge!!!Think about it...haven't we been taught that what we do today is the paycheck next month and the month after?
So if we take off December ....we may not have a pay check in January or even February! GULP!!!
So the 31 Day Challenge for December is very simple...
It will be modeled after the Challenge we did last December...
Every single day of the month you must do some thing to promote your business...
or do something that will make you successful in 2012
This can be phone calls to clients, expireds, FSBO's
A text or hand written note...or even an email
It can also be a blog....now a blog writing about what you did for this challenge isn't really the type of blog post we are looking for....We are looking for blogs on localism, market reports, info on real estate....
that sort of a blog post...All of this is based on the honor system....so if you report that you did it....then make sure you really did....
You don't have to write a novel...just a few short lines....
You must report on what you did in at least 5 blog posts a week....I personally found it easier to write it in a blog every single day....I set up a group to post your blogs to....right here
Lets have fun with this and make 2012 the best Real Estate Year ever!!!
Oh Almost forgot the important stuff....for completing this blog challenge you will receive 5000 points
