Here's a good chart to examine if you're thinking of buying or selling real estate in Fontana California. The chart below maps the days on the market properties in Fontana lasted, from January 2009 to the month of October 2011.
As you can see homes lasted longer on the market in 2009, but then dipped at the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010. The trend lasted to about October 2010. Since then the Fontana home inventory tends to last longer on the market than previously, hovering arout the 50 or 60 day mark.
