So today I decided to sign up for the 90 day challenge from Body by Vi.  I have some friends that are doing it and seeing amazing results so thought why not give it a shot.  I’ve never really been one that believes in the weight loss programs nor have I ever been one to follow a structured diet plan but trying this product today changed my mind.  I’ve not tasted a dietary shake that actually tastes like a shake and it’s a shake that I can make to taste like a cheesecake or a reese's peanut butter cup or whatever I choose.  So simple! 

So I am giving in to the 90 day challenge from Body by Vi and I hope in doing so I can improve my eating habits and have a healthier lifestyle.
