I Have One of These. Tell Me Why I Should Come Visit YOU!!!

OK, my dear readers, your humble Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area Real Estate agent is planning a little getaway!

I have two more closings coming up next week, and then, unless my buyer clients are ready to write an offer, I'd like to get away for the holidays.

I want to fire up the Craigster-1, but I just don't know where to head off to.

I'd like it to be someplace warm, especially since I still fit into my bathing suit....

Even though I live in the sunny confines of the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area, I still have my (seldom used) winter gear....

So, coming to a colder climate is not out of the question.

But I'm not a fan of cold weather, so you better make a very compelling case if you want me to dust off my winter gear!

It isn't swim suit weather here, even though the weather has been unseasonably warm. I like Sharon's suggestion. From what I understand, if they aren't sold out, they slash prices to fill the ship. Now I'm jealous, I want to go on a cruise! BTW, you would be welcome anytime, but I think the best time of year to visit here is fall and summer.

Jill - Having grown up in NYC and having lived there most of my life, I can truly say there is no place on Earth as wonderful and vibrant as NYC during the holiday season.

I don't know how I missed this Craig -see what happens when you miss a day on AR?! I'd have to say come visit NYC - one, it's the best City in the world and spectacular at Christmas - especially Rockefeller Center and most important - you can come visit ME!

My second choice is you like warm is Turks and Caicos - gorgeous water, beautiful hotels and great food! Check it out for yourself...

Frank & Karen - While no ANTS is compelling, Turks and Caicos does hold the edge in this one!

Dawn - I've been to Denver. Summer skiiing was a blast and nothing like I've ever done before. I've not been there in the winter though... Perhaps I'll consider it.

Nick - Don't give up yet Nick. Kristine's offer is rather intriguing. But how could I pass up cutting the lawn with neighbors like yours just on the other side of the fence!
