Get in touch with your base! Who are they? Just as in politics, they are the people who already know and love you. Have you talked to them lately? Don't assume that they will contact you when they need a Realtor!
Are you planning on sending out any holiday promotional items? If you are and you haven't spoken with your base in a while, start calling a few each day. If you feel like you need an excuse to call them, just tell them that you are planning on sending out (insert promo item here) to your favorite clients and wanted to make sure you had their correct mailing address in your system. And while you're at it, let's update that email address as well.
Before you end your "warm fuzzy" phone call, be sure to ask if they know anyone looking to buy or sell a home who could use your services.
