I love Historic Lynchburg! My mother is from there. I remember visting my grandmother in the 1960's. She lived on the second floor of an old mansion on Memorial Avenue that was converted into apartments. It was the coolest apartment. I remember the very high ceilings and hardwood floors. The hardwood floors gave me my first set of stitches (from falling - on my chin) and my first trip to a hospital at 3 years old.
To me 144,000 is an unbelievable price for such a great place and location.
