Day 1 of 31 Days of December Challenge-Reviving Dead Leads. Since we have to write about something every day that we are doing to promote our business or do something that will make you successful in 2012,what I decided to do today is try to revive dead leads. Dead leads to me are leads that you have pretty much given up on after more than two years of staying in touch with them and yet they have not shown no interest whatsoeverSending somebody an e-mail on the computer

But you never know-THINGS CHANGE. Good example is someone who I have been in contact with for FIVE YEARS. Yes! Five years. After five years now,she is ready to buy a house. If only the loan officer can-That is another blog in itself right there:-)
So today I decided to send out e-mails to these dead leads. So only three out of the 35 e-mails that I sent out today were bad e-mails. Here is an example of what I sent out today. Some people got different e-mails though

Hello Jane Doe. How are you doing? Hope all is well. By the way how was your Thanksgiving? Hope you had a good time with family members and friends. It is December 1st and 50 Degrees on a Sunny Day. Can you believe it? I can't. Anyway I just wanted to say hello and to see how you've been. But can you please do we a favor.  Whenever you get a chance please read my blog that I just wrote on Home remedies that will help you to beat viruses caused by flu and cold

And I am still in the real estate business so if you know anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home as well as increase their investment portfolio by investing in Real Estate, please tell me to give me a call. While many are leaving the Real Estate Business,I am still here investing more time in becoming a better Real Estate Professional so that I can serve you, your family and referrals better. So if you also know anyone who is looking to buy, please tell them to give me a call or text me. I will definitely take great care of your referrals. Thank you very much. Have a great day.

Most of e-mails that I sent out was different from this one. So I try to make the e-mail as current and as possible so it wont be like it some canned e-mail from the drip campaign off my CRM that goes out every month. And I also try to make the e-mail personal by mentioning anything I might know about them. One person I asked them "How is grad school?",Somebody else I tried to console her since she had lost her sister, one lady who is a nurse who I actually spoke to today I said sorry we couldnt talk today. But hopefully next week,we will get a chance to talk.Hopefully you will be less busy then.

Remember people don't care what you know until they know that you care. So even though you want to get their business and future business,I always try to know about things going on in their lives.

So Day One of the 31 Day Challenge for December is over. One down and 30 more to go. What did you do Day Uno for the 31 Day Challenge for December? Please post your blog in the comment section so I can check it out and read it.

Charita Cadenhead, Accredited Consultant in Real Estate® & Property Manager (Bham WIiRE Realty LLC ) -Can you borrow it? PLEASE. I want to you too. I'm flattered that you actually want to use my letter Superstar.

Ellie McIntire- Absolutely Ellie. Sometimes it is that push or call from us is probably what they need so that they can make their decision.

Lisa Dunham-You never know. Called one today and she said that she is not ready yet. But she told me to add her to my e-mail mailing this. So if I didn't call her,I probably would've gave up on her. And you are welcome my dear friend.

Debbie Gartner-I read a blog by Tammy Emineth which is where I got the idea from wrote a while ago. Thank you for suggesting this one.

Lottie Kendall-Thanks. I hope they keep getting better.

Scott Hayes- Now all of a sudden she is not returning any of my texts Scott.:-)

Tom Braatz-Thank you Tom. I need all the encouragement and motivation that I can get.

Chiara Petro - Need to make personal when I am saying out these e-mails. Thanks Chiara.

Joan Whitebook=Thank you very much Joan.
