Really he's house-broken said the tenant.
The prospective tenant listed her small dog on the application to rent along with a picture of her dog and record of good health. We approved her and her pet dog, added a $500.00 pet deposit and all was well for the next two years.
Fast forward two years we do our pre-move out inspection and the home looks good but to get the security deposit & pet deposit returned the tenant agreed to have the home professionally cleaned and turn it over to us the way we turned it over to her.
Yesterday the lease was up and the tenant moved out and brought us the keys.
I went out to the home to let the carpet cleaner in.One of the tools of his trade is a black light.Once he turned on his black light it was very clear that the dog was NOT house trained.
