3 Comments on Photos with your testimonials
Maybe you can also allow your clients to post their own photos if you have an intranet for your clients. Photo sharing is big- chances are someone they know has a digital camera.
You could also take a picture of your clients at their new house and provide a digital announcement of their home purchase to their friends and family. Then you could use that same picture with a testimonial.
I have also seen handwritten testimonials that were scanned into the computer and posted to an agent's website. I like those, it provides a very genuine quality.
I try to get photos during the home inspection. We're usually there for an hour or two anyway so it's a great time to multi-task.
You can also use the photos you take of the house to put on the cover of (and/or inside) your homeowners book you give at settlement.
