1. It just is - in total.
2. Parks - We have a wealth of green space to enjoy.
3. Trails - Our biking, hiking, walking trails are extensive. One can, for instance, bike further than most folks would wanna bike.
4. Homes - Of course, we have incredible, older, newer and in-between houses. And many options from single family homes to condos.
5. People - Some of the most wonderful, interesting people I have ever met.
6. Companies based here - From big to small corporations to your's truly's real estate business, we have incredible people and service-focused businesses that have chosen to be based in Arlington.
7. Farmer's Markets - Fresh is always better, right? We have the markets to give you access to the fresh goods.
8. Location / Access - Getting to DC and MD is convenient, as is traveling to the mountains, the country or the shore.
9. Metro and other public transportation - A top-notch Metro system and ART are just two of the means of getting around town!
10. Stores - Shopping is ample, varied and convenient.
