It started as a drizzle...NOW I hope it RAINS!!!! I'm an ActiveRain Newbie!

Well, here I go! I'm writing my FIRST blog as a member of ActiveRain!

I was introduced to ActiveRain by my friend, Cheryl Dickson; she's a newbie on ActiveRain too! In just a short time, I realized what an important service you receive by being a member of AR. Reading posts, interacting, and sharing information really is a great way to promote my business as a home inspector in Taney County, Missouri.

I have been a home inspector for over 10 years. It is refreshing to see how real estate professionals all over the United States are different and yet the same. I particularly enjoy seeing how people adapt their homes and change their living conditions and needs, based on the different climates and altitudes. I am looking forward to working with many of the Realtors in the Taney County area as well as the home owners, buyers and sellers that are looking for an Affordable Home Inspection, ASAP!

I have subscribed to your posts. This way I can watch you grow in the Rain and give you comments. it's good to see another InterNachi member. there are not that many here that post a lot.

I have commented and even sent E-mails to other members wanting a little advice about things here in New Mexico, but no responses. You would think we would stick together as members of the same association.

But to each their own I guess. Again Welcome to the Active Rain network. I know you will enjoy.

Clint, Thanks for the words of encouragement. So many other posts out there seem to try to beat others DOWN. I guess in a feeble attempt to make themselves look like a star. If they only know how ignorant they portray themselves. Here on the Rain it is quite different. I do like the feeling and kinder atmosphere you find here. IT SHOULD be people helping people. That's actually what our profession does, helping people and making them feel comfortable with the decisions they need to make.
