Hey Gnat, Was this post just an excuse to use the pic of the hot construction worker? Just kidding! Good info, and not surprising at all.

GNOT! *te*he*! Actually, I was expecting our Bonita Springs butterfly to make a comment like that.

Dena, that is a huge percentage change in the number of building permits.

Dena - That's a hugh drop in permits. I guess the builders are taking a wait and see approach. I can't blame them when you see the builders fire sale in many markets.
