Stressed, short of time, tired, feel like your on a treadmill and can't get off.  Here are a few of the ways I conquer stress myself and it can help you too.

1. Access your finances, we all know or heard of someone that was working beyond belief and people thought he was the money man as his Mercedes was repossess from the parking lot. You can have the trophies and the corner office but as a top producer I want the net (as in what I take home).

2. Stop filling your life with more STUFF - When I purchase anything, whether a car (drives my wife nuts needless to say the car salesman) a computer or pretty much anything over $50. I make myself wait one week to the day ad if I still want I get but 90% of the time I am over it.

3. Pay your self first -I have set my salary and regardless of what happens I stroke that check first every month before anything else. Now I admit tht sometimes I want cash it for a while, but it is written and you WILL pay it. It is like Tithing at church I write the check automatically based on what my goal for the year is. If my goal is $300, 000. I take 10% divided by 52 and I write that check every week. Talk about working to meet your goals, believe you will.

4. Pay yourself last -That's right I set my expense's for each and every month based on the year. If I am under budget I will pay the difference to myself as a bonus.Be a cheerful giver but also to yourself, I truly believe you cannot give enough whether to your church, your family, charity and yes to yourself. You will always receive more than you give.

5. Have a grateful heart - Every evening before bed I write out the five most important things that I will do tomorrow. But more important than that I will write at least one thing I am grateful for today. Focus on the good in your life today will lead to more tomorrow. At church on Sunday I will try to express the things I wrote to someone out loud. Hey Jane I sure am grateful for that rain on Tuesday etc.

6. Resentment, jealousy and envy are not only stress builders but time wasters as well. - If you are jealous or envious of someone, it implies that what they have is not available for you to have also. Which is simply not the case. When I find myself in these surroundings I force myself to go out of my way to congratulate the person, in person, with a note and publicly. I get over it real quick.

7. Learn to forgive -  Immediately forgive anyone that has wronged you. Holding on to your anger, however justifiable it may seem, keeps you stuck in the past, rather than going forward into a better future. When I feel wronged or am anger with someone I set down and write a letter explaining the way I feel, I read it twice and then I go bury it in the backyard.

WHY WORRY BE HAPPY!!! God Bless and make it a wonderful day.
