Have you ever worked with a “flibbertigibbet” person?

It took some looking for this one.  Just stumbled on it and thought to myself why not write something to represent this type of personality.  I’ve had dealing with these types and I frankly don’t care to have one of them as a client.  You might at this time wonder what the meaning of (flib’er ti jib’it –te) is and I guess now is the time to tell you the meaning is an irresponsible, flighty person.  So now that you know the meaning have you had any dealings with these types you would want to share?  What say you?

Hi James - There are more flibbertigiberts in the real estate business than any other business.

Good morning, James. I have to concur with what Conrad said. I'll just call them the "F" word from now on...

You mean that newfangled, whippersnapper flibbertigibbet machine the Wright brothers built, so flighty in itself, wasn't desireable?  I always thought they liked flighty.

James, yes there are so many flibbertigibbets I have come across, and it is not a journey  I would wish upon my least favorite person.

James~I had to go to dictionary.com to hear how that word is pronounced, and I have to confess that my tongue would get all twisted-up trying to use that word in a sentence. But, it sure describes some of the people I've run into lately.

For many years I would have to answer your question with a "no." Recently, however, if they are not a flibbertigibbet they work with someone else! Enjoy your day! I'll get great use out of this one.

Hello James,

This is a word I will probably not use in an everyday sentence. LOL

I could just hear me saying "your such a flibbertigibbet to me" LOL

I think someone would have to go and look this one up.

Have a great day and it was a great word my friend.

Best, Clint McKie

James, I've never heard that word before, but yes, I have come across the F types from time to time. They are no fun having as a client.
