Does anyone know what is going on with Waterway Palms... why is the boat ramp and dock roped off... closed? The HOA was very vague when I called them... also when my homeowner called, they said the city had it closed. It's not in the city and he also checked with the city and they were unaware. I see on Horry County the HOA has several foreclosure cases with it being the defendant.... anyone know what is going on with the HOA?
