2011 December Blogging Challenge

Today I am here at my office and working on two different files to prepare them for closing this month.

I have been busy reviewing the inspection reports for both houses and have sent the results off to the buyers. Am waiting to review the results with the buyers, so that I can complete the Due Diligence Request and Agreement. Once that is done I can get signatures and send off to the listing agent for one and the sellers for the other since it is a FSBO.

It is a great feeling to have closings in the works and moving towards closing.

More opinions than you want to hear about.

It's great to have closings in December that don't just involve stores and businesses on Christmas Day. I was looking at a dry month until last week when a cash buyer client had an offer accepted that will close in a few days. Cheers!
