This small little house in Collingwood, Ontario used to be rather non-descript and easy to miss. It sits on a small lot tucked between two larger buildings just a block off of our historic main street. When it went up for sale a couple of years ago, most people didn't give this sorry little fellow a second look even though it had a bargain basement price.
Along came someone with a vision who took advantage of the opportunity and who was able to buy the property for well below the going rate of other commercial properties. The result? Well, pictures speak louder than words.
Today, they have a building that is a noteworthy addition to Collingwood's downtown core. Yes, many of us are now saying, "I wish I'd thought of that!"
