Just listed in Redmond. Sited high off the street and sheltered by a designated greenbelt, you'll find a sleek,  sophisticated, custom built contemporary. This home combines incredible space and light with views from almost every window, a kitchen that looks like it came from the Street of Dreams and a floor plan (2 count them 2 family rooms) that was designed for entertaining and privacy.

We dare you to compare updates that rival the best new construction with twice the style and a setting that can't be beat. This is not your Mother's tract home...not by a mile.

Very nice home, Susan. I see you used your "wonder" table again. I found some bamboo tray tables over the weekend that are very reminiscent of yours and I plan to turn them into a table like that, too.

Susan, I love your use of color and how the art is unified....and the outdoor staging is very inviting as well.  When can I move in?

Kathy: I just need to find more tray tables. Where did you find yours?

They were at Howell's in Portland. I don't know if you know the place - it is near the airport and is a huge warehouse full of all kinds of stuff like artificial plants, silks, decor items, etc.

Susan:  Your work is top of the line - the "framed" artwork is memorable.  Julie

Maureen: I have that art hung on hollow core doors that I painted the the color of the kitchen. I'll blog on it after I get the house sold. You'll have to hurry we have 2 offers coming in tomorrow.

Kathy: My partner is going to Portland on Thursday, I'm going to have him check it out. Thanks!

Julia: That "framed artwork is my new favorite thing.
