You Never Know What you Might Stumple Across . . .

This isn't in Connecticut - it is in Barberville, Florida.  While we were visiting my folks in September, we came across an amazing sight.  Statues and lawn "art" of all sorts.  Thought you might enjoy . . .

The buffalo and bear are fairly common out here but I love the giant Rooster!

You never know what you will find. It's always a surprise. Glad you have your camera to capture them and share them.

Hi Chris, I love the dinosaur - probably mainly because I think my 2-year old grandson would be amused by it.

Hi Joyce, If you ever find yourself in Barberville, Florida (not too far from Daytona), this spot is located at the intersection of Routes 40 and 17.  Your 2-year old grandson would love the entire place.

Chris, how funny to see this on your blog!  We just drove through there Thanksgiving weekend on our way to Daytona Beach.  We stopped there many times before to check out the curiosities they have to offer, the place is huge and there's much to see!  I guess it's one of those Florida roadside attractions! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Silvia - Glad you commented so people don't think that I made this place up.  Only in Florida (well, only in the south) would you see a place like this!  Can you imagine having to get the snow off all of these creatures if it were in the north!?
