The snow is on it's way in Wisconsin!

Hello activerainers

Here in Wisconsin we are known for our beautiful summers and majestic and beautiful fall. The spring season is one of a kind as well.

I must say however that I never can get quite used to Winter yet. The snow is always beautiful, but it is a swell time then it has to be shoveled. Often I can get my ex husband to shovel it when he comes to visit his son, but I still have a difficult time getting my son to participate.

Anyone living in a State that gets a lot of snow will tell you as well. Snow has all the excitement it can offer with skiing, snowmobiling, along with all the other superb Winter sports and past times.

No matter how you look at it; Winter is on its way and right around the corner.

It is very beautiful. However, it really can snow something fierce in this outstanding State we call home.

I often think you cannot find a better examples of distinct seasons that Wisconsin delivers.

Gail - we're getting snow in the mountains here in Southern British Columbia - BRRRR it's getting very chilly too - can't say I like it a whole lot - we didn't have much of a summer this year - also very cool..

 Stay warm Gail!

Deborah,

I hear that it is absolutely beautiful in that region. I do think snow is pretty, and it gives me a sense of peacefulness at times.

Eric,

We see it starting, we enjoyit for awhile, and then we look at the water and picture our boat in it. Stay warm my friend.

Sincerely,

Hi Gail,  I'm from WI living now in So. CA.  I don't miss the weather, but I miss my family still living there.  I understand the temp. was around 50 today, not bad.  I remember leaving there 10 years ago when tempertures were 50 degrees below zero wind chill.  It can be peaceful at times, especially a fresh snowfall.

Take care and keep warm.

Oh I am jealous.  I miss snow and it doesn't happen often down here.
