As I went to this home in Lampe, MO (30 minutes from Branson) I really did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see this older lakefront home redone to near perfect condition. The sellers being very creative people have worked night and day for I believe 4 years? It was an 1984 A-Frame that needed lots of work when they bought it, and as you can see in the pictures they have made it into a wonderful lake front retreat. This cove is so quiet and peaceful, you almost feel you are on a deserted island, with the water surrounding the back view. There is also a family of raccoons and ducks that visit the cove everyday. This picture was taken on the back deck, don't you love the rocking chairs?
The owner being a carpenter had done everything by hand, the wood floors, the tree branch railing going to the loft above....lots of "ozarks cabin" feel. He even made most of the furniture, and they have has added all kinds of primitive decor...well the pictures speak for themselves! 
Check out the landscaping! It's rock and lots of it! They don't call it Table Rock Lake for nothing. They cleared away a lot of small rocks and used that for boarders revealing these large slabs of stone making natural patios all over the property.

This home is truly amazing! Why not buy for a vacation home or use for a vacation rental? I can see someone wanting to use this home for a quiet escape part time as a second home or a rental investment. Call me if you would like to see it in person! Price is $268,500.
