The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review for Walnut Creek, CA  94596, 94597 & 94598 for the month of November 2011. As with neighboring cities Walnut Creek is experiencing a tight market. Not out of the ordinary for the time of year but it is nice to see the median price up and the inventory down over last month. Marketing times remain stable.

Walnut Creek Real Estate Market

Walnut Creek has 83 homes currently "pending sale" with a high price of $2,750,000 and a low price of $300,000.  There are 122 condo/townhomes "pending sale" with a high price of $700,000 and a low price of $74,000.

Good info for Walnut Creek home buyers and sellers, it's such a beautiful area. Been there myself quite a few times.

Homeowners in your community have a pretty healthy median price at nearly $600,000!
