Love the analogy.  Although, we don't have that many choices of homes for rent.  So, if you know you like cream filled chocolates (or that specific house), take it quickly!

All very true. Given how brisk the market is and the demand for homes, smart renters are moving quickly. Also, prices are trending UPWARDS in our area do all the more reason to act quickly.
