How do you want your house to look online?

This is a town home we staged & listed the first week in October. It sold in 3 days for $5,000 over list and it closed on the 26th of October

                                                                                             
In the Seattle Real Estate Market it takes a village to sell a house.

1. A motivated seller (that's you)
2. An experienced Realtor (that would be me & my partner, Tim O'Connor, with us you get 2 for the price of 1 )
3. A talented stager (that would be me also, if I do say so myself)
4. A fabulous photographer (that would be Mark Reibman)
5. Someone with real marketing experience, who also knows how to write compelling copy that will grab a buyer's attention (that would be me again)
6. If you happen to live somewhere outside of the greater Seattle area, don't hesitate to contact me because I know a lot of talented people throughout the country.

This is such an easy thing to learn to do and once learned takes NO time to do.

If a Realtor has been contracted to market and sell a property it is in both THEIR best intrest and the sellers best interst to do just ahs you are suggesting.

I don't think these point can be made enought.

Absolutely Maureen! I need to beef up my inventory and I'm tired of what Seattle has to offer, so I'm goint to see what Portland has in addition to no sales tax. The big plus is that I might get to meet some of my new friends in person if they have a few minutes. I'll give you plenty of notice.
