The 6.5 keys of effective marketing are to seamlessly match your product and or services to the needs of your target audience.

 

Untold time and dollars are wasted every year on marketing that misses the mark. The business professional becomes frustrated with the lack of response from the marketing and it hit or miss if our target audience ever sees or relates to the marketing. 

 

The 6.5 keys to effective marketing are:

 

1.    Know who your target audience is: You can only reach your target audience when you know who they are. The clearer that you can define your audience the more powerful your marketing becomes in reaching the audience.

 

2.    Know what motivates your target audience: The motivation of you audience is a key element in their decision making.

 

3.    Is it the quality of the service, the quality of the product? Is it our innervations? Is it being the low cost provider? The scarcity of the product? Your company or you reputation or both? Is it the value of the service or the product?

 

4.     Understand your target audience’s needs: What does the audience need? Is the location, ego, larger, smaller, cutting edge, someone to listen, someone to hand their hand, someone to guide them through the process?

 

5.     Match your product and services to match your target audience: By understanding your target audience you can adjust your marketing, product and service to match you audience needs.

 

6.     Know where and how to effective commutate with your target audience: What would be the most effective way to reach your audience, word of mouth, introductions and referrals, print media, select mailing, specialty magazines? 

 

 6.5  Know what the goal of your marketing is: What will you marketing  

accomplish, what will the marketing cost, what would be the return of

your marketing dollars?

 

Effective marketing will create a positive image of your service and or product in the eyes of your target audience.

 

The 6.5 keys of effective marketing will target the most likely consumers for services and or product in a favorable light.
