"Is a negative mental attitude barring your way to success? If so, it's time to change," says Hill.
 

"The negative-minded person accepts any problem or obstacle as insurmountable. The positive person not only finds ways to overcome obstacles, but actually turns them into stepping-stones," says Hill.
 
 
People who have positive mental attitudes will find that they attract opportunities to succeed and at the same time they repel the bad opportunities. On the other hand, people who have negative mental attitudes will attract discouraging and negative opportunities and they actually repel the great opportunities. The negative mental attitude even prevents these people from capitalizing on any good opportunity that they might find.

"A negative mental attitude carries with it many related traits -- fear, indecision, doubt, procrastination, irritability and anger -- which repel people and drive away favorable opportunities. A positive mental attitude brings with it faith, enthusiasm, personal initiative, self-discipline, imagination and definiteness of purpose which attract people and beneficial opportunities," concludes HIll.

Andrea, Sometimes we have to try really hard when there are lots of negative people around.  It is also a good reason to try and find positive people whenever you can.
