November 2011

9 Charlestown RI homes have been sold in November:

   3 waterfront homes sold for over $1 million

   1 home sold for over $400,000

    2 homes sold between$300,000- $400,000

    3 homes sold less than $300,000

There were 118 Charlestown RI homes for sale in November 2011 which was a 10% decrease over the prior month (13 less homes for sale).  This is the third month of home inventory decline in Charlestown RI homes for sale.  Of the Charlestown RI homes on the market 17 of them are over $1 million (14% of the active home inventory).

Ginny: Despite the quarterly decline in inventory, there are still plenty of good buys in the Charlestown RI real estate market.  I sure hope buyers are wise enough to call you when they are ready to purchase a home!
