One of my agents is using IXACT for contact management and he seems to just love it.
I looked into ixact, but they don't do lead dispursement management. So if I get 10 leads in and send them to 7 agents, it wont manage that process.

Frank - I did not hear about RealFutureCRM, and it sounds very affordable. Do you have an opinion on the last version of Top Producer? According to them it is much easier to learn, and quite powerful. Any thought?
My take on Top Producer is that it is great for 80% of agents that use 10% of the tools available in the CRM world. But power users... not so much. Also I dont think it does lead management.

I just spent the last 10 days working with TP's latest CRM... I cancelled my subscription - I did not see that it added much functionality to my business. And, they don't have an active connection yet to Google and Outlook. When you watch the videos online, I appears that it's pretty cool and really put together. I'd say that it's still beta!
I am lookiing at zohoCRM. It's a generic tool, more towards a regular sales force, but it can be styled to speak real estate i am told.
Waiting to talk to a developer in Austin this week about the cost, since I don't want to screw it up...and oh yeah... ineed to get back to selling property and all.
Check with me in a few weeks.
