What made this listing sell quickly was because of the Luxurious Master Bathroom. All it took from contract to close on December 5, 2011, was eleven days. I attribute it to the fact that the owners had a vision for beauty and relaxation. Plus, the sellers are believers that a home is an investment. The Master Bath Spa Retreat was hard to beat.
The Shower Massage Panel with programmable thermostat was complete with 48 jets and a 3 way diverted shower head. The frameless glass shower surround was fresh and clean and the shower pan was made of invigorating river rocks. Only one word could describe it – Surrender!
The custom tub was designed for two with a hand spray inside the tub and river rocks of course! Overhead was the beautiful crystal chandelier. You can only imagine how reflective lights gave you a glow below in the jetted tub.

The custom made marble vanity top with dual sink and new upgraded faucets was very impressive. Unique towel and make-up holders would please any woman or man because of its organization. Even the toilet was inimitable because it’s branded “unstoppable!”
