I made an announcement few days ago of my new companies for Travel Business www.CommunityOneTravel.org , Health Product www.CommunityOneHealth.com and other discounted products and services www.fhtmus.com/mariewaite . 

People started calling me about it and asked me why did I open up all these services when I already have the Real Estate and mortgage businesses.  My answer was this:  As a Realtor, I would like to take care of my clients needs.  If my clients are moving from one home to another, some of them will need to fly from one state to another.  Having the travel business, I will be able to help them with their airline tickets and hotel reservations and best of all is I can SAVE THEM LOTS OF MONEY.  In addition to this, I can give them some great vacation packages that would normally cost me a lot of money if I buy it from a Travel Agency where if I get it from my own company, I can get the best deal in town. 

Same concept with the other companies that I have.  It is about providing great services and products to my clients.  Why not get the best deals for them when you know that would help them in so many ways.     

My new company Community One Health talks about "Helping People's Body Heal Itself".  If my client is suffering with their health and I can see it, why not help them by providing information that could help them with their health situation.  

Now if people are in a financial trouble especially nowadays with this market.  People are losing their homes left and right.  Why not help them save money on their daily expenses.  This is where my other discounted products and services comes into the picture.

My whole goal is to HELP people.  We are already in front of our clients and we are very much aware of their needs and problems.  We need to be more aware of the other things that we can help them with.  It is not just selling and buying homes, let's help them with their other problems.  Maybe this is too much for some other people who are in the Real Estate business.  But you know what, it makes me feel good that I am doing something about it and that I know in my heart that it will help them to have a better life.  And that what really matters to me.
