The data bellow taken from month of October's home sales in Camarillo shows that the slow trend in home sales still continues in our city. With approach of the holidays consumers tend to shift their focus on issues different than matters Real Estate related. The slow down in the real estate market is usually expected around the holidays, however a few of my clients have discovered that some home sellers are more eager to negotiate the sale of their home during these slower period!!
