Camarillo Real Estate Market Activity For October 2007

By
Real Estate Agent with 805 County Real Estate

The data bellow taken from month of October's home sales in Camarillo shows that the slow trend in home sales still continues in our city. With approach of the holidays consumers tend to shift their focus on issues different than matters Real Estate related. The slow down in the real estate market is usually expected around the holidays, however a few of my clients have discovered that some home sellers are more eager to negotiate the sale of their home during these slower period!!

Mana - GREAT JOB on the stats for Camarillo!  It's always helpful to see what's going on there as compared to other areas of the U.S. in real estate sales.  Camarillo seems to have similar listing and selling stats as the East Coast!
