Yep, foreclosures are on the rise. In fact, they’re going to continue to rise. Houses are staying on the market longer. The market’s softening. Buyers can’t get loans. New homes are not selling.
But is anyone paying attention to the “other” news? The writers are striking. That’s right. The writers. No Jay Leno tonight. It’s a rerun. Heroes has only 4 episodes to go before they run out. Does anyone else think that’s important?
Aside from missing my favorite shows, the writer’s strike is going to hurt the economy. Right now, as they strike, it costs the Southern California economy more than $5,000,000 per day.
Yep, it all matters!
