So, Why Do I Write About Upland or Rancho Cucamonga Real Estate?

It may not be clear to all why, and certainly posts about these communities do have a limited audience. Accolades are few and far between, but maybe they have just been missed by the Pulitzer Screening Committee. In my mind, they do serve a purpose for the thousands of residents and would be residents who care about these neighborhoods, cities or areas.
In addition to being a self proclaimed ambassador for this area which I love, I understand the numbers in a way that adds an often overlooked understanding of the Upland and Rancho Cucamonga real estate market, and I write about that (the latest Upland numbers). Frequently, there are major changes in the market that affect my clients, and that gets posted (FHA Conforming Limits changed). On occasion, I can simply do some good for others by supporting a community event or emphasizing a need. That's important to me and it gets attention (Hunger, Health or Community). Sometimes I'll write about an industry item or blogging subject that only appeals to bloggers or other REALTORs. That too gets posted, but with the equivelant of "Eyes Only" status - That stays within the ActiveRain blogging community.
Will this appeal to the masses? No. Will this appeal to other bloggers looking for wit and wisdom? Probably not. Will this be of interest to somebody planning to buy or sell a home in these areas? You Bet!
Basically, I write to:
- Provide information of potential value to my local market.
- Supply information in a different way that differentiates me from others.
- Support Local issues with a charitable base.
- Identify ways for others to enjoy this area as I do.
Is there benefit in blogging the way that I do for me. Yes. My hope is that others will get to know me. That they will recognize that I have a professional approach to real estate in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga and that I care about this larger community. I would like my writing to please the Google Guys too so that I can be found by those who would benefit from my advice.
So, Why Do I Write About Upland or Rancho Cucamonga Real Estate? It's important to me, That's why!
