Gordon, very nice, comprehensive market report for Colorado Springs-November 2011. I hope that your market is poised for good things in 2012!
Well the lower inventory is certainly not a bad thing for prospective sellers, and consequently buyers looking for fresh homes. This is a glass half-full situation.
Gordon & Cherise, Another detailed and comprehensive Colorado Springs market report. It seems like inventory is low in many areas. Buyers are waiting and watching for the newest and best home to hit the market. This likely may cause prices to begin to increase. No doubt God’s intervention in your business will continue in 2012 and beyond. Wishing you a blessed Christmas.
I like your approach to stats and will follow your updates. I see you know Ron and Alexandra too.
