Real Estate Broker/Owner with Jay Kaiser (Exit Mountain Realty)
The Holiday Tour of Homes in Brevard, the Transylvania Arts Council's annual fundraiser for their arts-in-schools program, will be held this Saturday, December 10. Chosen for their architecture, location, art collections, or decor, the six homes featured in this year's tour will take you from downtown Brevard into Straus, Windover Farms, and Connestee Falls. Meet the hosts of each of these special homes and explore the interesting historic features, craftmanship, and collections found within. The weekend will also be full of opportunities to not only support the Arts Council and other local artists, but to also check items off your holiday gift list as well. Visit Santa's Palette Holiday Show & Sale taking place at the Arts Council to find hand-crafted items such as paintings, jewelry, and hand-dyed wearables, stop by the local potters Annual Holiday Open House on Hwy. 276 and explore a variety of unique pottery pieces, or browse the works of 28 local artists with just one stop to Number 7 Fine Arts & Crafts Cooperative in downtown Brevard. While touring and shopping, you might be looking for a spot to grab a bite to eat, so stop by Mayberry’s at 30 West Main Street in Brevard where a percentage of proceeds from lunch on December 10 will benefit the Transylvania County Arts Council.

Hi,

Sounds like a neat event.  I lived in Asheville, NC for a two years and absolutely loved it!  How is real estate out there these days?
