Sales Statistics for Whatcom County / Bellingham Washington

Here are this weeks real estate sales statistics for Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley. These numbers show the percentage of homes listed that have a pending sales contract.

Bellingham: 23%
Blaine/Birch Bay: 17%
Ferndale: 15%
Lynden: 16%
Sudden Valley: 17%

Just a little tip for your AR blog...

Instead of saying:

"go to http://www.johnsonteamrealestate.com & click on "Market News""

you could just say:

"go to http://www.johnsonteamrealestate.com/Library.cfm"

Or better yet:

"go to Market News"
