Hello David, still some long market times I see. I had my home in Woodstock on the market for quite a while and decided to take it off since I still travel to the Chicago area and use the home. We've actually gotten quite busy here in the Madison/Huntsville Alabama area. Maybe buyers are starting to put away the crystal ball realizing that interest rates and home prices are about as low as they are going. Rates have actually ticked up a bit.

Since I lived in the Chicago area for a long time, I have many friends and family in the areas that you write about.
