Boynton Beach FL Real Estate Market Report - November 2011
The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. Overall, the number of homes in Boynton Beach was less this month than last. In my opinion, closed sales in Boynton Beach were slightly lower this month than last month in attached housing (condos, townhomes and villas) while there was an increase in detached housing (single family homes.) There is a good supply of well-priced homes in the Boynton Beach area at this time.
