Aside from these figures Lancaster, PA is a fantatic place to visit and I am sure it is just as fantastic to live there.
Doug, I do love living in Lancaster. It is a wonderful place. When you visit, you must give me a call so we can have a great Active Rain meet up. How is your market place doing? I was pleasantly surprised at the absorption rate. It is also a bit smaller market area, but a really great sign. Have a great week.

Sure looks like a very healthy real estate market report for Lancaster, with very solid absorption and list to sale price ratio.
Peter and Linda, it is a very healthy sign and the fact that settled numbers are up ten times over last year is a really good sign. I know you have had a much healthier market in Canada than we have had. Have a great week my friends.

97% is impressive for listing agents. Does the rate take into account original list or list at time of contract only?
