This home has been lovingly maintained by its present owners. They have made many improvements to the home during their ownership. Most notable is the 24x24’ addition to the back of the home that features an amazing indoor lap pool. It is so much more than a lap-pool however, it is a premium Endless Pool swimming machine..perfect for the triathlete or anyone needing aquatherapy to maintain good health, but also good for the entire family. Kids love the pool and love to snorkel or float around with a mild current setting - best of all, they can play here all year round! While the winter snow is piling up outside, you could be enjoying pool fun and exercise as you are warmed by the pellet stove.

The floor plan is open and has an easy flow from room to room. The other 3 bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom and the laundry is located on the second floor as well. The attic had additional blown-in insulation added in 2008 and has pull-down stairs.

The lower level is ready for further expansion but is currently used as a play area and is suitable in size for various large table games, such as table tennis. The large open back yard is perfect for outdoor fun! The owners have added a paver stone patio with built in fire-pit. This is the "fun" house!!
