In November 2010, 980 new single family residences were listed in the San Antonio Real Estate Market and 986 San Antonio Texas homes for sale, sold during that month. The average sold price was $175,684.00 with an average days on market being 128.
In December of 2010, 1026 new San Antonio Texas homes for sale came on the Real Estate Market. During December 2010, 1038 homes for sale, SOLD at an average price of $183,188.00 with days on market being 134.
In January of 2011, 1199 new listings appeared for sale in the San Antonio Real Estate Market and during that month, 758 San Antonio Texas homes for sale, sold with an average price of $169,885.00 with the average days on market being 133.
So all in total, for the 2010 Holiday season, the Greater San Antonio Area had 2,782 homes that Sold!
