It is very important to bring along a comprehensive checklist before beginning the inspection. The checklist will help keep you on track, and ensure you don’t brush over any of the important details.
Plans and Information
In your clipboard behind the checklist should be a copy of your base plans, structural upgrade information, and kitchen layout plans. Bringing them along to your PDI will give you a quick reference of what areas need to be looked at specifically.
