Holiday Drink Recipes
I was scrolling through the paper and I noticed a page on Holiday Drink Recipes. I thought it would be great to share one of the recipes.
Its the Holiday season we can indulge a little right?!
Holiday Hot Buttered Rum
Serves 20
-1 lb of softened butter
-1 quart vanilla ice cream
-1 lb brown Sugar
-nutmeg
Beat the butter until its creamy, add the softened ice cream and beat well, add the brown sugar and beat well. That wasn't hard right! Then take this mix and put it into the freezer until your going to use it. When your wanting to serve some add about 3 tablespoons into a coffee cup, then add boiling water, leaving enough room for your choice of white or dark rum. Top it off with some nutmeg and enjoy preferably siting in front of the fire singing carols with friends and family!
