A Holiday House Tour to benefit the Quogue Historical Society will happen on Saturday, December 17th, 2011 between 2-6 PM. The Price is $50. The Quogue Historical Society Holiday House Tour is always a lovely holiday event in the community. It is great to wander some of the mansions behind the hedgerows all decorated to the nines for the Christmas season. It is hard to believe that it is almost Christmas.
I'm looking forward to next Saturday. The beautiful house at 18 Ocean Avenue in Quogue that Adriana DiPreta Jurcev from Prudential Douglas Elliman in Quogue has listed is on the holiday tour this year so I am going to have an open house all afternoon at my listing at 3 Ocean Avenue that same day since their is going to be so much activity in the neighbor hood. Maybe I will have a buyer through that day and sell it !
